Farewell as forum moderator

You were one of the first names I got to know on the forum when I was first learning Isadora, and then one of the first faces years later when I came Berlin for the first time to meet the team.
I have always respected your level headed honesty and your well of technical knowledge, I hope that your endeavors don't take you to far from the Isadora community and we can again meet for a pint and teach each other some tricks.

just to echo others here: i'm a relative newbie, but i've quickly discovered that this forum is one of the many things that makes Isadora a community as well as an amazing media tool. So many thanks for the work you have done here. Best wishes for the new role.

Thank you to all for the kind words. I am not as present on the forum anymore but I am still here and still stick to Isadora. After 21 years at the university, I am taking a sabatical to recharge my batteries for the last 16 years until retirement.

From summer 2022 me and my wife will travel for around 7 months with our camper from Canada to Panama, somewhere along the Panamericana route. This would be a good opportunity to meet some of you on our way. The camper will then head back to Europe and we will go to Japan and the Kingdom of Bhutan for around 2 months.

danke dir für deine Worte. Dänemark wäre es fast diesen Februar geworden auf dem weg nach Nord Schweden. Aber wegen der Pandemie durch die verschiedenen Länder haben wir uns entschieden nach Stockholm zu fliegen und dort ein Auto zu mieten.
