How could it be that you all didn't know this? On page 73 of the manual it clearly states
_**To replace the file associated with a media reference:**__**• Double-click the media reference (it is OK if the reference is currently ).**_You mean you didn't read _the manual _?!?!?!?Oh the humanity.
