Error socket

this error appears when I start Isadora: "Error opening socket on specified port. Please choose a different port."
why?

This could be related to OSC or Serial ports. But I am not 100% sure.

Does isadora open and function as normal?

Sounds like a serial connection was setup previously and is no longer available. (Moved hardware perhaps). This is not a problem. Just a warning. Please take a look at your serial settings and turn off any active connection.

Yes, sounds more like you had a patch a serial device connected
