[ANSWERED] Envelope Generator/++

Hello,

"Envelope Generator++" and "Envelope Generator" are acting wired when I put small number in the value area.

EG++: When I hit 'a', it start as normal speed until output position 30.

EG: When I hit 'a', it goes backward.

I feel this is some kind of bugs.

I don't see any change is speed.

To test I added a '2D velocity' actor after the Envelopes, and tracked the range (hold range) resetting it every few seconds.
It appears the speed remains pretty constant.

Can you tell me what system, and version of Isadora you are running? (ps: helpful information to add to your signature)

What OS and what Isadora version are you using? I can't reproduce this.

I tested your file and it works as I would expect. Are you aware that the Envelope Generator will start over from the beginning each time you trigger it, which is how it's supposed to work. Is that what you mean by "backward" ?

I use (and teach) the envelope generators a lot. Maybe I should do a little tutorial about them.... hmmmm.

the primary issue here was that the output of the envelope was being scaled to -2 thru 2 (the speed range of the movie player).
