360 degree video revisit

Just got little 360 degree camera and would like to use isadora to play with the resultant .mp4 files.

@raflowers you can do this easily on OSX via quartz composer, you need to make a CI filter, but everything you need is here

This will let you take the circular image and rotate around the equirectangular projection.
