I would like to know id there is a visible difference between HAP and HAP Q when using it on 1920 x 1080 projections.

Yes, there can be a difference, probably most noticeable in smooth gradients. 
I suggest compressing a sample of your footage to both and comparing. Keep in mind that the projectors and surface may also play a role.
