      Hi there,

I'm trying to make an user actor as a throughput node for "port" on note-on/off-watchers. I'd like to change the Data Type of  the "User Input" and "User Output" to the Data Type "Range", but it seems to be missing. Hope you can add it.

      Best regards,

      Thomas

        Dear @U-taka

If you simply add a User Input and connect it to the 'port' input, the User Input's port will "mutate" to a range input. There is no need to set the type manually.

In case you don't know: many of Isadora's actor inputs or actor outputs offer the ability to "mutate" in this way. When the color of the input or output port (the little dot to which you connect the link) is green instead of blue, it is mutable, and will automatically change its data type when you connect a link to it.

        Best Wishes,
        Mark
