      Hello community,

I use a lot of live B&W alpha mask to do mapping of moving objects.

I take the IR camera feed, contract it to make a mask out of it, mask that I use to project directly on the object.

I use to have a nice Max patch do to the mask, that I feed in Isadora in syphon, but I'd like to do it now directly in Isadora to loose part of the latency.

So far I get this (original IR cam > result):

      with this few actors:

I'd like to get to this kind of contrast:

Any Idea, possibly staying with vid-gpu actors ?

Thank you for your inputs, Best,

        Hi,

The Threshold actor could work. I can’t recall if it is gpu video module.

           It is GPU based.
