[LOGGED] NDI Output grayed out on M1 MacBook pro

I have noticed that NDI Output is grayed out on my MacBook pro M1 max, Isadora 3.1.1 ARM, USB key.  The watcher actor works fine.

@Woland I am seeing the same thing on my M1 mac mini running Big Sur.

I have entered a bug report for the issue.

@dusx if there is already a beta with the updated or repaired ndi 5 library we @oscar and me would be pleased to test it in our rehearsal this week.

Using the Rosetta emulation is not really an option since cpu usage spikes up to 75%
