As I wrote you can use the Activate scene or the Timed trigger actor under other possibilities.

Then set the second input of the Comparator to the position when you want the next Movie Player to start. Set you Comparator to GE (Greater Than or Equal) 
If your second Movie Player has Speed initialized to zero, you can get the Comparator to trigger a Trigger Value of 1 into the Speed of the second Movie Player at exactly the right time.
