[ANSWERED] Javascript Actor Does Not Appear in Isadora v3.2.2 on Windows 10

Hi, I can't find the Javscript actor in Isadora, or in the plugins. Do I have to download it from somewhere? Thanks!

I'm running Isadora 3.2.2 and if i double click in the window and type "javascript" in the search box it appears as usual.

This is the second report we've received like this, though the previous report was for 3.1.1. It seems somehow to be system specific, because all of us on the testing team (as well as @gapworks who just posted above and other users) see the Javascript actor as expected. In the case of the other user, we did not find out why the Javascript actor was not appearing, but I believe they were on Windows like you.

To help you with this, I would ask that you open a support ticket with us. That way, our team can ask specific questions about your computer and, hopefully, get to the bottom of this rare problem.

Before you open the ticket, it would be good to know if you saw the Javascript actor in v3.2.1 and/or v3.1.1. If you know for sure it worked previously in one of those versions on the same computer you are using now, please give us that information when you open the ticket.

@mark Thanks, I'll open the ticket. I never found the actor in Isadora 3. In Isadora 2 I used it normally in this computer.
