      hi,

i want to process quicktime audio tracks with some au-units.
is there any direct way, or only
1\. separate video + audio files and re-sychronice etc
or 2\. over sound flower etc. ?
      thank you!

Sound Flower is the way to go. Make Sound Flower your main sound output -- that will get the QT movies to send their sound to Sound Flower.

Then use the Core Audio "Sound Input" actor, and set the 'device' input to Sound Flower. Add your sound processing actors, and finally use the "Audio Device Output" to send the audio to whatever output device you'd like to use.
        Best Wishes,
