        Dear Adolfo,

When you say "i'm not sure that it could take sound from the micro" I assume you mean "microphone" -- is that right? If so, what you want to use is

Sound Input -> AU Delay -> DefaultOutputUnit

For this question: "It is possible to build an actor that can take live video and live audio at the same time ??" Do you mean to delay video and sound? If so, there is no specific actor to do that. But, to my suggestion above, you can add

Video In Watcher -> Video Delay -> Projector

Then it is just a matter of ensuring the delays are the same.

        Best Wishes,
        Mark

        Cordialement,
        Mark

          Dear Mark

I think you have to forget Google Translate... :•))
The 'translated' text is mumbo-jumbo. In french, we say "charabia"...
@AdolfoKaplan : you are not the unique francophone here...
There is a great site to help us to translate french<->english, with an interesting approach, based on a big corpus of texts :

            Thanks Mark fir your answer

Yes of course, micro = microphone
If i can use just one delay, ok, i can use separately  (one for the audio, one for the video)
But anyway, if i need to take sound and video from live performance, and project it (both) at the same time (like what i can do whit  a movie actor for pre load samples).
            Can I,  or not ?
Because, if i'm not wrong, i can take the energy or the frequency of the audio but not the audio himself...
            Thanks a lot !
Thanks to Fypy,  good web site !
Je connaissais pas ce site, je vais jeter un coup d'oeil...!

              Mark :

              I found a way
              Audio/Sound Input/ Au Delay / System Output
If you find something better, ( a way for having all the input -video-sound- in the same actor ) please let me now...

I also have the same problem. I don't mind having them separate, I just can't find audio delay or video delay in Isadora!

I do have a "video delay" actor and an "au delay" actor. But the au delay only is available on a Mac because it comes with the OS. The video delay actor should be installed with Isadora.
Are you on Mac or PC? What version of Isadora are you working with?

@Michel I am on a pc, currently just trying out the free version of Isadora 3 - I am a student! I have found an actor called trigger delay, I am trying that.

I want to do a live capture with a 15 or 30 second delay, I input "15 sec" into the trigger delay actor, but I'm not sure how to get the output to show on the projector, at the moment it is just showing my computer screen...I'm new to Isadora!

                        @zoe

The trigger delay does only delay a trigger not a video so there is no output for video. You have to use the "video delay" actor. But depending on your amount of memory you are limited about how long you can delay a video. I am quite sure that the video delay actor is on both platforms. @mark ?

if you only need video, Michel gave you the right way. If you need Video+Audio I don't know any way with Isadora. The AUdelay on Mac can only delayed 2 seconds. You can try this software:

                          https://www.zachpoff.com/software/live-video-delay/

It is for mac but while it is made with MAX there is a possibility to recompile it for PC. How to description:

@Michel Thanks for the advice, I'll check the video delay actor.

@jfg I had a look, I am not sure I know how to recompile, or if I have time, and 2 sec is not long enough.  Maybe I can use a different program for the audio delay. I might try audacity.
