      @Michel has a timer actor that's been posted on the forum here that might be just the thing for you.

              One more question. These are .iua, where do I install them? I don't see any other iua files.

                Open Isadora go to "Actors-->Place User Actor" and select the .iua file. Now you have it in your patch. To save it to user actors for future use, select "Actors-->User Actor to Global Toolbox".

                    Doubleclick the "timer tool" user actor and scroll all to the right, there you doubleclick the "text formatter" actor and delete the last part of the text ( ":" P1:Z2). Do this with all "text formatter" actors and it won't output any 1/100.

                            try to make out of 0.5454634 a value out of osc watcher, to 0.55 ?
                            how to round down decimal places from 6 or 8 to only two?
