Trouble with install....

I'm trying to install the latest version (1.3.1f06). I already have Isadore with the core upgrade (1.2.9) installed. The installer says it will be "installing an older version on the disk I want to install it on". Would I need to uninstall my version before attempting to use the newest release? Will this newer version still use my same license? Help me Obi Wan Kenobi.......
