Set User Interface for retina screen

Minor thing, but I have a bigger project in the pipeline and will stare at the Interface a lot in the next weeks.

Someway to set the Text and Graphics to retina resolution?

There is no support for retina display at the moment.

Maybe submit it as a feature request?
