Remove alpha in QC

Hi all,

I m trying to remove an alpha channel coming from Syphon. I found a trick to do it, (converting it using: image to video- rgb to yuv and - video to image)

but its very "expensive" resource wise. I m after a solution in QC realms,

- then there is QC NI rgb to YUV patch but also not working for me..

any advice ?
