I had said at the Werkstatt that we'd release v2.5 by August 15th, but handling the "surprise" discussed above has put me at least 10 days behind schedule.

SO...

We would love your help to ensure v2.5 is as stable as possible. If you're not running a show right now or working towards a premiere, then please get the beta and start using it. If you find bugs, it is really crucial that you send reports to us using the form at http://troikatronix.com/support/isadora/ – filing formal bug reports is how bugs get tracked and fixed.

In this version (currently 2.4.5b03) you'll find all the features I presented during my keynote at the Isadora Werkstatt.

The GLSL Shader Actor. (Make sure to read this tutorial!)
Full unicode support for foreign languages like Chinese, Russian, etc.
Several new GPU based plugins including Gaussian Blur
The new Leap Motion plugin
Some nice revisions to the User Interface

So please start banging on this version of Isadora, and let us know what you find.
