        Dear Armando,

        Well, actually, we got rid of it hoping to have the support ticket form ask all the right questions.

        But is Isadora trying to call up the page when you get an assertion (dialog) error?

        Best Wishes,

          @Armando

          Well you get to the support page and if you don't find an answer there you hit the link "new support ticket".

            Ok I didn't see, sorry.

            What is the difference between "I think I found a bug" and .doesn't operate as expected?" Just as an example (I'll file a bug report). In control panel left arrow doesn't always move objects to the left while il edit mode. I don't seem to be able to reproduce it all times, but. It sure happens. Under what category do I file it?

            All the best to the team.

              @Armando

              I would choose "doesn't operate as expected". The "I think I found a bug" would be something that could be by design but you feel it should work different.
