[Being Worked On] Feature Request Necromancy: Communal User Actor Repository

Hello all,

I'd like to reference this post, about a part of the site where there used to be a repository of User Actors. I'd love to have something similar back, or a new User Actor Sharing forum category or sub-category. I'm always looking for new tools, and happy to share mine, and it'd be nice if we had specific place to put and look for the community's User Actors.
