Izzy Plugin PC-only: Load web text, from URL

OK, this is something I needed for a recent project...

It works but its blocking (meaning it will stop other processes including video + animations) so its really only suitable between things.

Where do you place this?

in either:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\TroikaTronix\Isadora Plugins

or C:\Program Files (x86)\Isadora\Isadora Plugins

Preferably the first, since this is not deleted when uninstalling/upgrading
