      Dear All,

There was a small bug in the help text implementation for the Rutt Etra plugin, which led to a crash on Windows and incorrect help text on both Mac and Win.

I've uploaded a new version of the plugin which fixes this problem.

Everyone using the Rutt Etra plugin should get the updated version.

      Best Wishes,
      Mark

        Thanks @mark !

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I can't get the new version to do anything! I've played with it before - what am I missing?

        Thanks,

        Hugh

Another user reported this to me.

@DusX can you please try it and let me know if it works for you?

It works for me but I've got an AMD card. You should try it with your NVIDIA.

Works on Windows 10 (64x), USB version 2.6

Example file is missing the video file, but if you add an other mov and change the input of the Movie player it works fine 🙂

I'm not getting any image until I select Bypass On. Using my own video.

                @CitizenJoe

Did you try the example file and using your own clip?

Can you also please try the test file, and just replace the one movie with a movie of your own.

                  Does that work?

@mark Hi! I've tried using my own movie as well as a live input. I didn't use the "package", only put the plugin where it belongs and tried to use it.

                    (standy by...)

I've just tried the example that we made in Berlin... It works fine with my own movies in it and also live input.

And now I've figures out the problem: the Z translate has to be at least -1.3. In order to be able to see anything. I thought I'd tried everything before, including that.

Sigh. It's always something easy. But maybe that could be its default? Or there could be a note explaining that?

As always, thanks for helping to figure it out!

                    Cheers,
                    Hugh

Yeah, I thought about that. Probably something to help make it obvious where to start would help.

                      I'll change it.

Sorry that you had to search!
