[SOLVED] in loving memory of the Sprite actor

so, I'm using a Picture Player and I'm trying to shift the image from it around on the stage. I can't do it by manipulating the Projector, because I need some other stuff to stay where it is. Back in Izzy 1, I would be using a Sprite, but now that actor is no longer with us, I'm a bit stuck. I'd like to keep it all GPU, so the PanSpinZoom isn't an option, and I've been looking at a 3D Projector to Virtual Stage option, but its getting a bit complicated - what's the simplest way to do it?

(and is there a future possibility of giving the standard Projector an option to render to the Virtual Stage?)

actually, the 3D Projector setup is working out OK, it just needed a bit of tweaking. but i'm teaching somebody who is new to Isadora and i'd like to keep this as simple as possible, so a stripped-down solution would be appreciated, if anybody could suggest one.....
