Rebuild media from folder bin collapse UI bug

One other strange behavior of Rebuild Media from Folder -
In a project where a media bin has been added, contains files, and has its disclosure triangle open so that the files are showing (call this Bin A), if you right click and choose rebuild media from folder to add another bin (call this Bin B), there is a strange behavior with the UI: If you collapse Bin A, Bin B collapses with it. Also, if you attempt to drag Bin A below Bin B in the list, Isadora encounters a fatal error.

Please submit a ticket with an example file, repro steps, (and also a gif screen recording would be very helpful). I don't think we need the media.
