Videos not playing

Having an issue where videos arent playing in Isadora 3.0.7, but the same files are working fine on another machine.
If I load them into Isadora, they grey out like they are the wrong format. But they work in other computers tried different codecs etc but not a solution found yet. It seems to be very few video formats working on it also, anyone had similar issue before?
