[ANSWERED] usb cameras - low light condition

Hi everyone ! I would like your advice on usb cameras that have good performance in the dark or low light conditions. I am currently using the logitech 525 ( with a usb extender cable 20 mts)
When lights go off latency arrises

You will likely get the best performance (for cheap) with old black and white cctv cameras.. running into some type of capture device.
Most webcams are pretty bad with low light, and have lots of auto focus, brightness etc features built in that can make things difficult.
