Sure I personally use some JavaScript for that with the handy Date object.

I made an User actor for you, see below. Simple trigger the fetch input and it will return the amount of miliseconds that have passed since 1 January 1970, UTC.

Haha.... but, sadly, both dates are before the UNIX epoch in 1970. You don't want your milliseconds rolling over on our account.
