[LOGGED] Floating property boxes for Stream and Serial setup windows

Hi,

At the risk of being completely repetitious. It would be great, and add to the efficiency of working with OSC, HID and Serial data if the setup property access windows for OSC/Stream and Serial ports could be just like the Midi and Stage setup windows and float independent of the scene editor.

@bonemap Agreed. When I'm testing ZoomOSC outputs, I need a separate program to author / trigger the OSC inputs that create the outputs so I can auto detect them in that interface. This would allow me to both send and receive in Isadora.
