Hi, I am getting this error (attached image) with a HW configuration that always worked in Isadora. Camera -> HDMI -> Capture card -> laptop

Easy! With other sw it works fine.

I updated to the late version of Isadora, could that be the reason? Does anybody have any experience with this?

      Thanks

      Elena

Can you please provide details regarding the Operating system version and computer hardware. (generally it is a convention in the forum to add this information to your signature so that you don't always need to add it.

As well as, the capture devices Brand and model.

        thank-you

Yes sure, I am sorry I didn't know about it.

So I am using an AERO OLED XA with i7 9th GEn Win10.

My capture card is a Magewell USB to HDMI.

So I reinstalled the 3.7 version and it is back to work just fine. Maybe it has something to do with the newest release.

I am not in rush as long as it works, even with the old version I am happy with that. It might be useful to open a ticket about it.

          Thanks
