      I have a problem:

Isadora is constantly restarting when I quit it. And even if I leave Isadora open, it takes over other windows (even now is stopping me while writing). Any solution? Thanks

Please open a support ticket (link in my signature). This is not an issue I have seen before.

Could you have installed an Apple Script that lets Isadora restart when closed. See this thread: https://community.troikatronix...

yep I rember having installed years ago during the Isadora meeting in berlin the 'isadora crash' actor. should I found that in the plug ins? under what name?

Anyway the problem is really constant I actually cannot really quit Isadora or working on other apps without Isadora taking control. Now I'm using chrome and about every  5 sec I have to stop writing cause the isadroa app is takin over. I should maybe try to reinstall isadora

Also, we can give you more help here in the forum if you give us some information about your operating system and platform as described in this post.

In any case, as @Michel said, open a ticket and we'll get back to you right away.

The crash actor has nothing to do with the automatic restart. That actor was only to test the restart function if Isadora crashes. With that method learned in Berlin Isadora only restarts when it crashes not when you close it normal.
First go to the system settings of your Mac and look if there is an apple script in the "login items" that starts up automatically when you restart your computer. If yes remove it.
If this doesn't help go to "users/shared/" and look if you have a folder called "KeepIzzyUp" if yes create a new folder called "disable" and put the apple script in to that folder. Restart your computer.
