      Hi All,

Desparately need some help. Working on a Mac Studio M1 Max and when I start Isadora it takes a long time to start up -- a really loooooooooooooooong time. And it is becoming increasingly problematic! Izzy crashed in the middle of a show and trying to get the it back up was interminable.

      Any ideas?

        Hi there Eric,

Please send in a Technical Support ticket. Feel free to ask for guidance here.

Set the priority of the ticket accordingly. If this is a show stopper please let our team know by setting the ticket to urgent.
And provide as much information about the issue as you can, on what version of macOS are you on?

I use Mac Studio and would benefit from knowing what is going wrong with your set-up. I haven’t had any issues with running Isadora in either native M1 (arm) or Rosetta. Would be interested to know what peripherals you have connected to your machine, if that could be the issue?

          Best wishes
