MSC Crashing Isadora

I have a usb midi device coming from an ETC ION
When the cues on the ION are taken to quickly in succession and the cues in Isadora don't have enough time to complete they don't take the latest cue and get stuck and Isadora stops responding to midi. Is there a way to have Isadora have a latest takes priority setting for triggering midi cues or do I have to make my fade times shorter so that all my cues finish before the lighting cues so that this problem stops.

I would try fixing the fade times in Isadora.
Out of curiosity, why would you not want the fade to be complete before firing the next cue?
Cheers,
Hugh
