Speak Text actor only offering two voices even though others voices are installed (W10)

Hi there,

The title basically explains the issue.

The drop down menu from the SPEAK TEXT actor only offers this three options: "default, Microsoft Zira Desktop - English (United States), or Microsoft Helena Desktop - Spanish (Spain)"

However the system has several other TTS languages installed, that are availble for example on the windows narrator option.

Is there a way to make those available to ISADORA as well?

Alternatively how can I add other spoken languages to be used with the SPEAK TEXT actor?

This may be a difference between supporting "Natural" voices vs. the lower quality "Legacy" voices as described in this article. It has instructions for installing new voices.
