My new working patch is very similar, but it works without the second counter connected to anything... no idea why.  My show is Saturday and I'm hesitant to change anything. Your way is obviously better. I really do appreciate you taking the time to send it out. Best,  John

To be honest i never ran into a problem with vectors>png. i normaly resize them to my needs (and as they are vectors no quality loss) and then convert them to png ! no stair effect so far!

I think eyes is the best bet here to be honest.

It's the most useful feature for sure. Saves your carpel tunnel.

Nope, I've just changed mine to 7860 * 800 no problem...

Are you using 1920*1080 media as well - it may be downscaling? Not sure.... If you mix a 1920*1080 video with a 7860 * 800  and the combing video method is "scale smallest image (faster)" then it will downscale to 1920*1080.

Now i found out how to do it... I can get the picture from the gateway with a HTTP GET and then make a watch folder with a applescript to make the show up i Isadora...

HI Marci ! the only inputs a can see are just two. And no out puts netheir. Long time im not using QC so probably missing something.

The math in the Javascript is pretty straightforward.. it would be pretty easy to build it using standard Isadora actors (math etc..)

It would probably run much faster since the native actors run as C++

It was an auto login situation... Mark, you were correct.  My browser sometimes auto logged in and other times not.  I am now successful in being able to download.  Thanks.

Once you understand a few main principles in file types and isadora set up - they become second nature and its only now and again that you have to alter these settings. 🙂 

at my workplace there is no after effects for reasons i can´t explain ;-). will try the DataArray actor.

i am generating the lines via sound, starting, ending and bended form (non linear).

this is my line-generator. i hope this helps in understanding  the 3d approach i haven't tried and no cue for the bended form. The charm on the 3 d approach is the option for further processing

Thanks for the tip vanakaru, I haven't worked like that yet since most of the processing I do in Isadora and Jitter but I'm going to start now cause I'm sure there's a lot I could do in AE.
