Hey there. I have all three NDI camera apps on the App Store: NewTek NDI, NDI Cam and the NDI HX Camera. NDI HX Camera was just updated with the feature to present an image if the live feed isn't accepted. This is what is shows at the moment:

Hope this could be adressed as soon as the final version of the NDI plugin is released...

So here is what I know, Isadora is capable of sending 4 Universes of ArtNet per Device, so if you have a device that is capable of sending more then 4 universes you can't use it in Isadora 3 (It is capped at 4), or atleast that was the case in Isadora 2.6.x. Don't know or Isadora 3 changed that. 

2x DMXking LEDMX4Pro's should be capable of doing 8 universes, more then that and you need more DMXKing to work around the cap.

Can you tell us a bit more about the behavoir "funky" ?

There are some stupid downloads around of Eppoc cam Pro that don't work. It is been a while I used it, so I can't say how it is now. Looking at the local settings in the device is good, but make sure you run a dedicated wireless network. In general is a lower rate setting better then full force super bandwidth. I used it in a show with 3 iPhones at 720P. Put the router on stage, not at FOH. 5 bars RF reception on the iPhone or Pad does not mean a good connection! You have to go back from the wireless device to the router. Use a router with external antenna's to increase receiving levels from the device. Many theaters got already wireless networks that can't turned off so small bandwidth also ensures a good workaround. Avoid old skool 802.11B settings, the networks will be as slow as the slowest connection. I still got good connection with N setting. AC is already too wide. A good router also got a monitor overview, so you can look for the best channel settings.

I am looking at the NDI plug in for Adobe CC and the NDISyphon utility from VidVox. It appears to require the AfterEffects application to be the active application window or the streaming video is frozen. 

Has anyone been able to stream into Isadora from AfterEffects or Adobe CC while Isadora is the active application window?

EDIT: Ignore that! I see the Tobias Ebsen AESyphon plug in does - looks like I will have to pay out the $20 usd after all.

If the idea is making MIDI or better yet OSC out of your CV signals. It would also be very easy to do with an Arduino like @Fred said.

Oplab was discontinued, but I saw they are bringing out a new one. Its a great box for this.

https://www.rebeltech.org/product/open-sound-module/ is another one that has the advantage of doing OSC. Midi is a bit lo-rez for this

@Fred, I found that video interesting! I'm going to try that for CS6. Unfortunately, those setting do not appear to be available for Media Encoder. 

I do know that I have to subscribe to CC eventually, but I've been resisting because I hate the subscription model (but that's another topic!).

Yes, as the SDK changes newer tools are not compatible with tools built against the older SDK's. There is some leeway in this but in general that is the way it goes.
