I think its ok.
When I do a white stage with 2 edges blended as you would need. I get something like:

Notice the corner is double faded (both gradient alphas are applied)
When I duplicate this layer and flip it about so that 4 copies are laid out like your example, I seem to get them adding together smoothly.

The no-loop problem is using 2.4.5b10, not the new 2.5 beta you sent me. I can’t use that at the studio… the patch works great without the if-then calculators. The movie player remains active when it freezes onscreen in the sense that if I mouse-over the cable to the projector, the movie is playing, but on external monitor it is frozen. Moving the speed input to the player makes the image begin to move again. I tried a "end" trigger into a value=1 into the speed control, but that didn't work either. I tried resetting the players, and that worked for about 2 minutes or so, then froze again. The whole point was to have 3 movies playing, not 6. But things work fine with all 6 playing as I cross-fade, so for now I can use this. But it is weird.

@DusX 1 further test, the stage recorder does obey the codec settings, it is just the camera recorder that does not. Prores recorded from the stage and played back will jump around perfectly.

Well, I was just trying to keep the percentage metaphor throughout the program, and the Matrix Value Send therefore had the range of 0 to 100.

You if you create a "converter" User Actor with this inside you can get what you need:

You can input 0 to 255 and it will convert it to the correct percentage. I looked at the output of the Matrix Value Send, and the hex values it was producing matched the inputs values. (I didn't test every number.... but like two dozen values.)

For the moment, that would be the immediate workaround.

I've developed a user actor that outputs a logarithmic curve, similar to analog audio faders. The purpose was to logarithmically fade audio volume through Midi fader board (NanoKontrol) and/or Envelope actor. I attach the actor and a table, where I compare the output of the User actor (logCurvature.iua) with a logarithmic ALPS fader. The values differ a bit, but the fading sounds very smooth to me! This is an actor for audio freaks (among video experts!) like me...

Actually, publishing points within Izzymap will not work. At the moment you can only publish points on the Output of the map. (it looks like it is possible to publish the Scale All of the Input map by right-clicking on the scale symbol in the input window, but this publishes the Scale of the Output map) - hopefully, at some point in the future, it will be possible to publish data for the Input map as well.

Is this already on the feature horizon? (@DusX, @mark, @etc?)

A simple solution to achieve the effect you are looking for is to create the frame in Izzymap, but add a Zoomer Actor before the Projector.

For sure, if you have the Adobe Creative Cloud Widget, you should turn it off. Several users reported everything was back to normal after turning it off. Similarly, I would disable DropBox syncing or anything else like that to see if it has an effect.

 There are many user complaints on Adobe's site about system slowdowns related to this software. It seems to cause problems for all kinds of apps, not just Isadora.

If it is Isadora's "CrashRpt" window, you can right click the area that shows the crash reports and say "delete all." That being said, please send them and include your email address. It allows us to identify and solve the problem.
