i think i may have found a bug with the slider control.. it's possible to set a slider's step when its maximum setting is greater than its minimum BUT if you set the minimum greater than the maximum (because you want the slider to go the opposite way) whenever you try to set the step it always reverts back to 0 after clicking OK

Is it possible to run video into the video gen input on the 3D particles actor? I have no problem running a video into the texture map input at the top, but the video gen input looks more interesting. Any advice? (I notice the input says "vid-cpu" instead of "vid-gpu" but I also wouldn't know how to get CPU video instead of GPU video.)

Is there a way to send NDI with audio? I selected NDI in the Stage Setup and I see NDI video on another PC with NDI Studio Monitor but I do not hear audio on that PC from the NDI source.

so I'm using Syphon a lot to record audiovisual output from Izzy & elsewhere. I improvise with my audiovisual tools and grab sections either as finished clips or editable segments. It's rough, but it works because Syphon is a great, stable tool. Blackhole sorts out my audio perfectly.

Shifting between 'wares and watching the clock to start and stop the recording is imprecise, though, and interrupts the improvisational workflow, so I would really like to automate the recording start-stop and to vary the period between the start-stop keystroke commands.

I had a workable thing going on with a tool called MidiStroke recommended by someone here (thanks @jandraka ) assigning 'alt-Cmd-R' to a Midi value, and using an Izzy-based timer to send triggers. But this no longer works in Ventura, and it was a bit unstable.

Can anyone suggest some options? Is there another way to get Izzy to send out keystrokes to Mac OS within a specified period? Or an external tool?

This should be simple, but can't figure this out. 

I have a midi file playing with the midi player and would like the midi note on watcher to recognize it but it doesn't. I can see the notes are being triggered in the midi monitor. What am I missing here? Thanks!

Hi so I'm trying to get a par and a hazer to work using an ENTEC Open DMX-USB and I cannot figure out how to get any light to work with isadora for the life of me. Can someone please walk me through the node setup needed just for basic light control. I am so. lost.

Of course everyone (especially me) wishes that that Isadora never, ever crashed. But like every software, it is something that can happen.

If you experience a crash, it is *SUPER* important that you enter your name and email address into the crash report dialog. Why? Because when you open a ticket to ask for help, we can find your specific crash, analyze it, and work to find a solution.

You only have to enter this information once; the crash reporting system will remember what you enter.

It would be great if everyone would do this for us so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
