I'm hoping this is a simple one, but I didn't find the answer in the forum, the manual, or online. I want to expand an image from 0-100% to mimic an opening book. It looks great. Only I want it to open from them top down, not the bottom up when using height. And from the left or right to the opposite side, not from the middle out, when using width. Is there any way to change where 0 and 100 are for those two properties?

Hi, I am selling quite a lot of studio stuff, I have attached a PDF of the gear list with prices. Everything is in Australian Dollars, and located in Sydney. Most things have European plugs, but all have convertors to Australian plugs as well.

- A full IR tracking kit with a machine vision camera, IR pass filters, lights and a cute little pelican case
- A bunch of HD-SDI box cameras, also good for tracking
- Raspbeery Pis
Lots of other stuff.
At the moment this is a bit limited to Australia as I am not too keen on postage, but for smaller items that is fine.

It would be helpful, in the preferences/general tab, to have the option to pull thumbnails from the middle of a clip. I have many clips that start black and then an animation begins. The thumbnail currently show these as just black frames.
I am hoping to be able to dynamically control the bin picker. In my project, I am using the Streamdeck XL. I have 4 possible tracks of video, and each track has a possible 9 pages of 16 clip triggers. Each page is separated into two banks of a possible 8 clips per bank. Each bin will contain a maximum of 8 clips.
I would like to be able to display the bin and thumbnails for the selected track/page in the controller.
Is there a way I can do this? I have tried allowing all video bins in the bin picker and sending a media index to it, but it does not change change bins based on the media index. There is nothing evident in the interface, manual and Chat GPT just gives me garbage about this.
The only workaround think I can think of would be to have separate control pages that are triggerable? Is this possible?
Perhaps this is a feature request? A checkbox in the bin picker to change the bin based on the media index or a way of sending bin numbers to the bin picker?
I would appreciate an input you might have.

Anyone have any luck making fractal noise within Isadora? Have been playing with it in AfterEffects and touch designer, but would love if there was something native to Isadora I could tinker with instead.

Hi All. - I keep having problems (with my thinking) when designing video cross fades. I have 4 video bins going into an effects mixer. I want to cross fade between 2 sets of clips into the mixer, and cross fade between 2 sets of clips into the other input of the mixer. See enclosed patch. The method I came up with doesn't always work. I can't see why it occasionally goes to black rather than cross fade. Is it my logic or perhaps the auto-fade actor? Thanks! - John
I try to control by send serial.. a LED on a arduino board. I know that is possible with the firmata library, but i like to control it with send serial.
I succeed to receive data from the Arduinoboard (arduino UNO, Arduino Nano, Arduino Uno R4 Wifi) . BY example to receive data from HC-SR04 sensor.
Now i want to set on and off a led on the arduino with a simple keystroke on the keyboard.
But i don't know how to send the data with [Send Serial RAW data][ or [Send Serial Data]?
How do i start, i can't find information how to set-up this.
I am a bit stumped with the Text Formatter. I would like to be able to have two input number and to have the text formatter output a range for the control watcher. For example P1 would be 1 and P2 would be 8 and the text formatter would output 1-8 as a range value I could plug into the control watcher.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be grateful.

Is there a way of duplicating connections with a hotkey. For example I have 9 user actors which i would like to connect to an input. Rather that tracing my way across a bunch of angles from the source, can I just hit a hotkey and duplicate this connection to the same input over the 9 actors? Here is an image to illustrate. I would like to be able to take that active connection and just plug it in to all the other actors' "ISADORA PORT" inputs.
