      @kdobbe

Currently the blend mode can not be published.
We do have a feature request in place for this, and hopefully it will be added in the near future.

Your workaround is what needs to be done currently.

Yes this sounds like the best solution. The get stage image is amazing in combination with a virtual stage. 👍

You can reposition your video on the 'canvas' by using the Matte actors.
If you input a background that is the your stage size, you can then place your video onto it in what ever position you like.
I think this is what you wanted to accomplish.

      Dear All,

In case you didn't notice, Send PJLink v0.9.6 is on the plugins page. It fixes the problem for Windows users found above.

Still wondering why this is default on and not off ?

Because when it's off, if you duplicate/copy+paste Controls within a document because you want more of a particular Control or set of Controls, it doesn't increment the Control IDs of the new Controls. Copying Controls within a document and wanting them to get their own Control IDs is a more common use case than wanting to copy Controls between documents while preserving the Control IDs, which is why it's enabled by default.

Another easy trick is hooking up a Get Stage Size actor to the horz and vert size inputs of the Shapes actor. (After placing & connecting the Get Stage Size actor, you need to leave the Scene and come back once for the Get Stage Size actor to change the size of the Shapes actor though.)

Hi @dusx the top comparator in the second row outputs "true" when there's a match but "true" and "false" when there isn't... as you say i think its a timing issue and its input is actually going from 1 to 0 very fast, hence causing true and false output

i've managed to create a work-around by increasing the first router's number of outputs from 9 to 10 and also the first table's number of inputs from 9 to 10 and then ignoring the first of each, as per this updated patch Step Sequencer (ver 25) workaround.izz which now achieves what i was after

If you go with passive polarized glasses, there is no single projector only solution, as you need two different physicaly optical systems (lenses/filters).

There is a single projector solution though.

An actively alternating polarization filter takes the position of the active glases and 'convertes' the picture for passive polarized ones.

But keep in mind, that this solution has a reduction of the projectors brightness in half of the original. 50% for each eye.

As far as I know, '3D ready' projectors usualy have an option to choose between the 3D modes, 'side by side', 'top - bottom' or interleaved (alternating frames). But every Projector works a little bit different and you should study the specs.

Especialy the side by side may differe by the projectors. While some only take FullHD content (resulting in two times 980 x 1080 scaled to 1920), others may take 4k (but usually you then would need 4k content with two times 1920 x 2140)

In both cases the content is squeezed horizontly to fit next to each other in the full frame. The projector then unsqueezes them and scales it to its native output resolution with alternating the left and right picture.

No problem. Mutability gets a bit tricky where User Actors/Macros are involved. Once you know the trick about forcing things to mutate, it's easy though.

Explored some more and got some feedback for everyone (still working out the kinks but figured I should report back).  I am currently using VB Virtual Cable which allows to connect virtual sources. I selected the virtual cable on the  audio out field in the NDI Watcher Beta and then selected the same virtual cable in the live inputs. This allowed me to bring the audio from the individual NDI sources to the live inputs in Isadora. Still a few kinks (the separation between the various sources is tenuous because of audio feedback and the responsiveness of the connection requires a couple of restarts) but definitely a work around!

To illustrate what the others are saying, here's a gif that shows how the Gate will only allow values through that while it is "on".

As Michel said, when you turn a Gate on, it does not automatically push a value from the input if that value is just static.

This is pretty much what this company do: https://www.immersiveclassroom...

The main issue is getting a machine that can run the video for a set up this size.

      Thanks for sharing @Woland
